Refund policy

All pieces are unique and one of a kind. The ones pictured online are representations of what each unit will look like, but not exactly the same. 

If you are unsatisfied with the product, we will either refund you upon receiving the piece in the same condition it was delivered, or work to get you something you are satisfied with.  

If you are a jerk about it, it will take a lot longer. :)
